Oct. 5, 2026 - Oct. 5, 2026 - Bellmer today announced its acquisition of Rolotipo, a well-established specialist in roll covering and roll services for the pulp and paper industry. The company is located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 1971, Rolotipo is known for its expertise in rubber roll coverings, roll grinding, drilling, dynamic balancing, shaft manufacturing and other specialized mechanical services.
The acquisition represents an important milestone in Bellmer's strategy to expand its service capabilities and strengthen its position in South America.

The transaction is expected to close in early 2027, subject to customary closing conditions.
Founded in Germany in 1842, Bellmer is an international mechanical engineering company that designs, manufactures and implements machines in two divisions: a Paper Technology division that focuses on packaging paper and board machines, and a Separation Technology division that focuses on water and sludge treatment solutions.
