Maggie Bidlingmaier
Sept. 2, 2026 - AstenJohnson announced the appointment of Maggie Bidlingmaier as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective September 28, 2026. She succeeds Kevin Frank, who will retire at the end of this year and steps down from his current role on September 28. He will remain with AstenJohnson through December 31 to support a seamless transition.
Frank joined AstenJohnson in 2015 and has guided the company through a period of significant growth and transformation. During his tenure, AstenJohnson strengthened its global operations, broadened its Nonwovens footprint, expanded its capabilities and invested in innovation.

Her strategic vision, operational expertise and leadership approach align closely with AstenJohnson's commitment to safety, sustainability, innovation, integrity and putting people first. She also brings a strong customer focus centered on understanding customers' needs and creating measurable value in their operations.
