Michael Lanschützer
Sept. 1, 2026 - Metsä Tissue has appointed Michael Lanschützer as SVP, Greaseproof Papers, effective October 5. He will report to Sari Pajari-Sederholm, CEO of Metsä Tissue.
Lanschützer brings extensive experience from the paper and packaging industry, having held different leadership positions in general management and commercial leadership throughout his career. He joins Metsä Group from Mondi, where he most recently served as Managing Director for Mondi Jülich, a specialty papers converting plant in Germany serving the release liner and packaging industries.
Metsä Group's Tissue and Greaseproof Papers business, or Metsä Tissue, produces hygiene products for households and professionals, and greaseproof papers for food preparation and packaging. Its brands include: Lambi, Serla, Mola, Tento, Katrin and SAGA.
