July 2, 2026 - Koehler Paper announced that it will increase the price for its recycled papers by 6% for deliveries starting September 1, 2026.

In a press release, Koehler said, "The price adjustment is driven by ongoing cost increases for raw materials used in the production of recycled paper, as well as for energy and in the global freight and logistics structure. These developments have increasingly impacted production costs and placed a noticeable strain on the stability of supply chains in recent months.

"Despite comprehensive measures to further optimize internal processes and improve efficiency, this price adjustment is necessary to ensure a stable and reliable supply as well as the consistently high quality of products. As usual, Koehler Paper's sales team will inform all customers individually about the adjustments," the company concluded.

With five paper mills in Germany, Koehler Paper Group produces specialty papers, including thermal paper, playing card board, drink coasters, fine paper, carbonless paper, recycled paper, decor paper, wood pulp board, and sublimation paper.
