Andreas Endters
June 22, 2026 - Voith announced that Andreas Endters, President and CEO of Voith Paper, has informed the shareholders and Group management of his decision to leave the company at the end of the current fiscal year, September 30.
Effective as of October 1, Tero Kokko will join the Corporate Board of Management of Voith GmbH & Co. KGaA and, as President and CEO of Voith Paper.
The Group Division Voith Paper is part of the Voith Group.
During Endters more than three decades with Voith, he has significantly shaped the business through a variety of international leadership roles. He played a key role in developing Voith Paper into one of the world's leading technology partners for the paper industry.

"Over the past 35 years, Voith has been much more than an employer to me, however, the time has come to hand over responsibility and begin a new chapter," Endters said. "This was a thoughtful and deliberate decision. I am confident that Voith Paper, with its technological expertise, talented employees and strong culture of innovation, is well positioned for continued success.
"I would also like to sincerely thank my colleagues for their trust, collaboration and all that we have achieved together. I wish Tero Kokko every success in this new role," Endters added.
Kokko currently leads the global pulp business area at the Finnish technology company Valmet. He brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience in strategy, transformation and business development.
Kokko holds a doctorate in Automation and Control Engineering from Tampere University of Technology.
