June 11, 2026 - Baotuo Paper Machinery, a subsidiary of Baosuo Group, will supply Vinda Household Paper with six new crescent former tissue machines in China.
Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.
The machines are part of Vinda's recently launched capacity expansion project that will increase the company's production to 320,000 tons per year of tissue paper.
Vinda Household Paper is a subsidiary of Royal Golden Eagle.
The new production lines are BC1800-3490 high-speed crescent former tissue machines.
The new machines are equipped with 18-foot ultra-large Yankee dryers, feature a design speed of 1,800 m/min, a paper width of 3,490 mm, and an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons per machine.
Baosuo Group specializes in machinery for the production of tissue paper, which includes paper machines, tissue converting machines, tissue packing machines and electric intelligent systems.
