Fencor Packaging Group is the owner of UK-based Manor Packaging, a manufacturer of cardboard boxes and corrugated packaging.
June 8, 2026 - VPK Group has acquired Fencor Packaging Group, the owner of UK-based Manor Packaging, a manufacturer of cardboard boxes and corrugated packaging.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
In 2024, VPK purchased a minority stake in Fencor Packaging, and now takes full ownership of the business.
Manor Packaging operates a well-managed manufacturing facility, supported by a dedicated storage and warehousing operations in Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire. The location allows the company to serve customers across the UK efficiently and with flexibility.
According to VPK, Manor Packaging will continue to operate as a stand-alone business within VPK Group. Manor Packaging already enjoys the benefits of a very strong trading relationship with Corrboard UK, which is also majority owned by VPK.

VPK noted that David Orr, Group Managing Director of Fencor, will retire after 26 years of managing and growing the business.
Tony Clifton, Sales Director, will continue to lead Manor Packaging as Managing Director.
VPK Group is a European packaging producer with 70 plants across 21 countries. The Group specializes in recycled paper, corrugated packaging and solid board, and solid board products such as tubes, cores and edge protectors.
