May 7, 2026 - Marcal Paper has acquired the St. Catharines Tissue Mill in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada, from BiOrigin Specialty Products.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 1912, the St. Catharines mill produces high-quality TAD parent rolls used in premium At-Home and Away-From-Home paper towel and bath tissue products, alongside a broad portfolio of specialty paper grades.
