Domtar Names Tony Clary as New Kingsport Mill Manager

Feb. 27, 2026 - Domtar has named Tony Clary as mill manager of the company's Kingsport Mill in Tennessee. Clary has served at the Kingsport Mill since 2023, holding roles as production manager and OCC & Utilities manager before assuming responsibilities as interim mill manager.

The Kingsport Mill is home to the second-largest recycled containerboard machine in North America. As the largest recycled manufacturer in Tennessee, the mill can produce approximately 600,000 tons of high-quality recycled linerboard and corrugated medium annually.

Clary brings 27 years of experience in the paper industry, leading high-volume manufacturing operations for several major paper producers. His background includes expertise in process optimization, production efficiency, quality assurance, and compliance with environmental and safety standards.

"Tony has played an important role in the Kingsport conversion and is a well-respected leader among employees and within the community," said Rildo Martini, vice president of Packaging Operations. "We are confident he will continue to foster strong relationships and help drive the mill's ongoing success."

Clary holds a degree in Pulp & Paper Science and Technology from North Carolina State University.
