Aug. 25, 2025 - Nefab Group, through its subsidiary Nefab Denmark, has acquired privately owned FARUSA Emballage, a leading manufacturer in the Nordic region of heavy duty corrugated cardboard packaging.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to Nefab, FARUSA's high-quality, fiber-based products are a perfect addition to Nefab Nordic's existing portfolio, while strengthening Nefab's position both globally and locally to better serve customers with innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.

Following the acquisition of FARUSA Emballage, the Nefab Group now comprises nearly 5,000 employees across 38 countries, with an annual turnover exceeding 10 billion SEK.
