April 7, 2025 - ANDRITZ has signed an agreement to acquire the Italian company A.Celli Paper, a supplier of machinery and equipment for the production of tissue, paper and board grades.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"It expands our capabilities in key areas such as winding and rewinding technologies, making us a leading full line supplier from fiber to the packaged paper rolls, while also strengthening our service business."
A.Celli Paper, headquartered in Lucca, Italy, operates additional locations in Pinerolo, Italy, and Shanghai, China. The company offers solutions for complete turnkey plants, tissue machines, winders and rewinders for tissue, paper and cardboard, roll handling and packaging. It acquired PMT (formerly Beloit) in 2020.
A.Celli Paper has annual revenues in the range of 70 MEUR and employs more than 100 people.
