May 15, 2024 - Imperial Dade, a leading distributor of foodservice packaging, printing papers and janitorial supplies, announced the acquisition of Canpaco, Inc., Crystal Poly Converters, Arcadian Paper Converters, Inc., and Canadian Paper & Packaging Co. LTD (together "Canpaco").
Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
Canadian Paper & Packaging Co. Ltd. (CPP) and Arcadian Paper Converters Inc. established in 1936 and 1960 respectively, owned and operated by Robert Appel, Brian Charney and John Taylor have strived to meet and exceed customer expectations in the Quebec marketplace complementing the shared values of Canpaco.
