Ekman Acquires Allan Morris Recycling in North Wales, UK

April 2, 2024 - Ekman & Co AB announced that it has acquired Allan Morris Recycling located in Deeside, Flintshire, North Wales, UK.

Financial terms of the deal, which was completed on March 26, were not disclosed.

According to Ekman, the Allan Morris Recycling business, which operates one of the most advanced paper recovery facilities in the country, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Ekman & Co AB, trading as Allan Morris Recycling.

Pankaj Chowdhary, Managing Director of Ekman Recycling Limited, is excited about the opportunities that the integration of the two businesses will bring.

"We have been working with Allan Morris Recycling in recent years, and we have always been impressed with their professional and flexible approach to doing business and I am particularly pleased that Carl Robertson will remain within the business as its Managing Director, along with his key staff, whom we welcome with open arms and look forward to working with for many years to come," Chowdhary said.
