Mitsubishi HiTec Paper to Increase Price for Giroform Carbonless Papers

Oct 31, 2023 - Mitsubishi HiTec Paper announced that it is increasing the price for its Giroform carbonless papers for orders received from 1 November 2023.

Mitsubishi said the rate of increase will be agreed individually, depending on the region and market.

"Due to the continued high costs, this step is necessary to counteract falling prices on the markets and to be able to continue offering Giroform papers in the usual high quality," the company said in a press release.

Mitsubishi noted that Giroform customers will be contacted directly by the Mitsubishi sales team and advised personally.

Mitsubishi HiTec Paper Europe is a German subsidiary of Mitsubishi Paper Mills, and produces high-quality direct thermal, inkjet, carbonless and barrier papers for flexible packaging.
