BTG Group Appoints Xin Shun Cui as Its New President and CEO

Sept. 25, 2023 - BTG Group, a Voith company, announced the appointment of Xin Shun Cui as its new President and CEO. This strategic move comes as Robert Crossman, the former President and CEO, took on a new role as President Products and Service North America within the Voith Paper organization.

A trained financial professional, Cui started his career in 1993 with Motorola in China and moved to Hong Kong with ExxonMobil in 1997. In 1999, he went to Canada to pursue further education and career.

In 2004, Cui moved back to Asia to further his career with Danaher and other US-based MNCs before joining Voith. Since 2018, Cui served as CFO for Voith Paper P+S based in Heidenheim Germany.

"I am truly honored and excited to take on the role of President and CEO of BTG," said Cui. "BTG has an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional products and services to its clients, and I look forward to building on this legacy by further strengthening our market leading position and driving continuous innovation."

Crossman, who transitions to the new role of President P&S North America at Voith Paper, will leverage his expertise to contribute to Voith's mission of delivering solutions to the paper industry.
