Abu Dhabi National Paper Mill Appoints Michael Shamma as New General Manager

Jan. 6, 2023 - Abu Dhabi National Paper Mill announced the appointment of Michael Shamma as its new General Manager. Shamma is a strategic and entrepreneurial minded senior leader with nearly 20 years of international market development, sales and service experience in the pulp and paper industry.

Previously, Shamma held management and sales positions at Mondi and Eldorado Brasil Celulose.

Abu Dhabi National Paper Mill is the largest and most advanced manufacturer of hygienic jumbo tissue rolls in the United Arab Emirates with an annual production capacity of more than 90,000 tons. The mill houses three modern crescent former machines and has the ability to use virgin pulp and recycled pulp. The mill site also has a deinking plant that processes recovered office paper.
