Seaman Paper Announces Acquisition of Eagle Tissue in Connecticut

Eagle Tissue is a provider of tissue paper printing and converting services.

Nov. 7, 2022 - Seaman Paper Company on Nov. 1 announced the acquisition of South Windsor, Connecticut-based Eagle Tissue LLC, a provider of tissue paper printing and converting services.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Eagle Tissue was founded in 1996 as a national converter of retail and industrial wrapping tissue and has established a reputation as a reliable source of stock and custom wrapping tissue and custom printed wrapping tissue. The company's products are primarily sold to the retail packaging industry through retail packaging distributors and directly to national retail chains.
