Appvion Completes Acquisition of Nekoosa Coated Products

Nov. 2, 2022 - Appvion, a Wynnchurch Capital portfolio company, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Nekoosa Coated Products, LLC.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Nekoosa, Wisconsin, Nekoosa is a leading provider of specialty engineered materials for the graphics and commercial print markets in North America and Europe.
