Fedrigoni Acquires Spanish Specialty Paper Producer Guarro Casas

Oct. 24, 2022 - The Fedrigoni Group has signed an agreement with Arjowiggings for the acquisition of Guarro Casas, a manufacturer of specialty graphic papers. The company is based in Gelida (Barcelona), Spain, where it operates a plant with 140 employees.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Fedrigoni said the agreement was signed a few days after the Arjowiggings Group and its UK subsidiaries filed for administration.

Guarro Casas specializes in the production of quality fine papers, mainly for binding and creative applications, notably luxury packaging, book covering and security applications.
