Greif to Hike Price for Paper Tubes, Cores, and Protective Packaging Products in the U.S. and Canada

April 27, 2021 - Greif, Inc. today announced that it will increase the price for all of its paper tubes, cores, and protective packaging products in the United States and Canada by a minimum 6%.

The price increase will be effective starting with shipments on June 4, 2021.

Greif said the increase is in response to the escalating pricing in uncoated recycled paperboard (URB), adhesives, freight, and other direct and indirect costs.
