Merichem Appoints Adam Peakes as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Nov. 10, 2020 - Merichem Company announced the appointment of Adam Peakes to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Peakes comes to Merichem with a strong background in strategic financial management, including mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Merichem, Peakes served as Senior Vice President and CFO of Noble Corporation from Jan. 2017 - Sep 2019. Prior to Noble, he served as Managing Director and Head of OFS Investment Banking at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Company since Aug. 2011. From 1999 to 2011, Peakes held various roles at Goldman Sachs & Company, including most recently as Managing Director, Global Natural Resources in the Investment Banking Division.

Peakes received a BA in political science and managerial studies from Rice University in 1995 and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School in 2000.
