Verso to Increase Price for Its BHK Pulp by $30 per Tonne
Sept. 26, 2020 - Verso Corporation notified customers that it is increasing the transaction price of all pulp products by $30 per metric tonne, effective with all orders shipping on or after November 1, 2020. This increase includes but is not limited to, Quinnesec® Hi-Maple BHK Pulp. Verso produces a high quality Northern Bleached Hardwood Kraft (NBHK) Maple pulp at its Quinnesec, Michigan mill. A large portion of this production is used by the mill in the manufacture of coated freesheet paper grades. The remaining production is sold as Quinnesec® Hi-Maple Northern Hardwood Pulp.
