Precision Roll Grinders Names Deborah Smalley as Corporate Controller

Deborah Smalley

Jan. 20, 2022 - Precision Roll Grinders announced that Deborah S. Smalley has been named Corporate Controller. In this position she will support all accounting and financial functions, establish and implement financial policies, coordinate the company's financial planning and investment activities, perform financial risk assessments and assist in preparing annual budgets for all four of the company's sites.

Prior to joining Precision Roll Grinders, Smalley worked as controller and then regional finance manager for Blue Triton Brands (formerly Nestle Waters North America) in Breinigsville, Pennsylvania, where she was a senior member of the logistics management team in the Midatlantic and Midwest regions.

Smalley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from DeSales University and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Kutztown University.

A tri-athlete who completed her third half Ironman in October 2021, Smalley serves on the steering committee and as a mentor for First Strides – Allentown (Pennsylvania). She has served on the board and finance committee of the Minsi Trails Council of the Boy Scouts of America and as the treasurer of Women in the Outdoors – Lehigh Valley, part of the National Wild Turkey Foundation.
