Rottneros AB Chairman Rune Ingvarsson Resigns

Sept. 9, 2016 - Rottneros announced that its Chairman, Rune Ingvarsson, has decided to leave the post due to personal reasons. Board member Per Lundeen has been elected to serve as Chairman until Rottneros' Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2017.

Ingvarsson has been a member of the Board of Rottneros AB 2013 - 2015 and from the AGM 2016. Between November 2014 and August 31, 2016, Lundeen was CEO of the Rottneros Group.

In a press release, Rottneros said, “Together with the Board, Rune Ingvarsson and Per Lundeen have developed Rottneros into a profitable and financially strong company. Per accepting the role as Chairman of the Board ensures that the Group continues to develop in line with the established strategy aimed at long-term profitable growth.
