Rolland Announces Organizational Changes in Sales and Marketing

Dec. 21, 2015 (Press Release) – 2015 has been an outstanding year for Rolland, greatly due to a strong focus on targeted markets and customers. Consistent with this approach and to provide the scale and focus to further drive high margin sales in 2016 and beyond, the sales and marketing structure is realigned in the following way:

Renée Yardley joins Rolland as of today as Vice-President Commercial Sales Canada and North American Marketing. Renée was previously Vice-President Sales and Marketing for paper at Tembec. The Canadian sales, North American marketing and Canadian customer service teams will report directly to her. She will be responsible for the development of sales and new fine paper products, as well as the execution of Rolland's marketing and communication strategy.

Normand Champagne

Normand Champagne, Vice-President Sales & Marketing, will lead the Security Paper business. He will be responsible for sales, marketing, and new product development for security paper, which has been a highly strategic business for many years. This focus will help drive this business growth and maximize long-term profitability.

Robert Ferragina, Vice-President Commercial Sales USA, will remain focused on US sales growth, customer service and merchant development. Rob has played a key role in growing Rolland presence in the US market with strategic customers while building out the US sales team.

The focus of the new Sales & Marketing group will be three strategic areas: Fine Papers, Security Paper and Recycled Pulp.
