Sept. 30, 2015 (Press Release) - The American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA) and National Paper Trade Association (NPTA) today launched the Paper2016 website — Paper2016, the North American paper industry’s premier networking event, is co-hosted by AF&PA and NPTA and will be held in New York City, March 6-8, 2016.

“The Paper2016 theme is Generation Paper, alluding to the ongoing, important role paper plays in each generation,” said AF&PA President and CEO Donna Harman. “The most up-to-date information on the event can be found on the Paper2016 website.” offers the event schedule; information on session speakers; hotel and contact information; and the #Paper2016 Twitter feed. Since 2010, this event has been rated the leading annual networking event for the North American paper industry. It has been the platform for major industry announcements such as AF&PA’s sustainability goals and NPTA’s annual Stanley O. Styles Award winner. Its programming has featured current and relevant content, including Millennial focus groups, industry CEO thought leader discussions, and trade experts from inside and outside the industry.

The first event was held in New York in 2010. Since then, it has alternated each year between Chicago and New York.
