Rottneros CEO Carl-Johan Jonsson Leaves Company, Per Lundeen Named Acting CEO

Nov. 6, 2014 - Swedish market pulp producer Rottneros announced that Carl-Johan Jonsson has left the company and has been replaced by Board member Per Lundeen, who will act as CEO.

Rottneros said that it has initiated the recruitment process for a permanent replacement.

"Rottneros is developing positively and the profit improvement program, Fokus 15, that was initiated by the board will continue," said Rune Ingvarsson, Chairman of the Board. "The change of leadership is based on different views on leadership and organizational development.

Lundeen has been a member of the Board since 2013. He has a Master of Science from Chalmers University of Technology and lengthy experience in management roles, especially in the packaging and paper converting industry.

Among others, Lundeen served as CEO of A&R Packaging from 2000 to 2012.

Rottneros produces market pulp and has an annual production capacity of just under 400,000 tonnes produced at two mills in Sweden. To learn more, please visit:
