The new tissue machine will have a width of 5.6 metres and a design speed of 2,000 m/min. It will produce 60,000 tons of toilet and facial tissue per year, using virgin wood pulp and bleached bamboo fiber as raw material.
Valmet's scope of delivery will comprise a complete tissue production line featuring stock preparation systems and an Advantage DCT 200HS tissue machine. The machine will be equipped with an OptiFlo headbox and a cast alloy Yankee cylinder.
Basic engineering, installation supervision, training, start-up and commissioning are also included in the delivery.
