Pankaboard to Open Sales Office in St. Petersburg, Russia

Feb. 24, 2014 - Finnish specialty cartonboard producer Pankaboard said that it will open a sales office in St. Petersburg, Russia. In addition to Russia, the office will also serve the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) markets.

The new office is headed by Regional Sales Director, Vladimir Pushilin, and Tatiana Shaburova has been appointed Sales and Customer Service Manager.

The new office will be fully operational as of March 10.

Pankaboard operates an integrated pulp and paper mill in Lieksa, eastern Finland. The mill produces 100,000 tpy of groundwood pulp, 100,000 tons per year of folding boxboards, groundwood-based speciality boards, solid bleached boards, and uncoated specialty boards on two board machines.
