REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Mid-Atlantic Region

Thiele Kaolin Company, a global, leading producer of kaolin products, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region. This position reports to the North American Sales Manager. Duties for the position include marketing, selling, and servicing customers; and understanding present and future market potential and trends in the assigned sales territory.

Successful candidates will possess:

  • B.S. degree in a technical discipline (preferred) or equivalent
  • Substantial experience in sales or technical service
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent computer proficiency
  • High degree of self­motivation with the demonstrated ability to service multiple customers simultaneously with minimal direct supervision
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time
  • A comprehensive knowledge of the Coated Paper and Paperboard industry, pigments, and coatings
