BillerudKorsnäs Appoints Christoph Michalski as Its new President and CEO, to Assume Role in November

July 20, 2020 - BillerudKorsnäs has appointed Christoph Michalski as the new President and CEO of the company. He succeeds Lennart Holm, who has been acting President and CEO since November 2019. Michalski will assume his new position November 1 2020, and Holm will remain with the company as an advisor until the end of 2020. Since 2015, Michalski has served as CEO and Executive Director of Vinda International Holding Ltd, a leading Asian producer of high quality tissue and hygiene products. Prior to that, he has held various senior executive positions within the SCA group and he also has experience from the FMCG sector working for Unilever and Fonterra. Michalski holds a Master in Economics from the Christian Albrechts University of Kiel in Germany.
