Paper Converting Machine Company Acquires STAX Technologies in Serbia

STAX Technologies STAX Technologies' primary focus is on the continuous development and manufacturing of packaging machines for the tissue converting industry.

Oct. 2, 2019 - Paper Converting Machine Company (PCMC), part of the Barry-Wehmiller Converting Solutions Platform, has acquired STAX Technologies (STAX), headquartered in Cacak, Serbia. The acquisition adds reciprocating flow technology to PCMC's tissue packaging product line offering.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Since its founding in February of 2002, STAX Technologies has been focused on continuous development and manufacturing of packaging machines for the tissue converting industry. STAX core product offerings include wrappers, bundlers, casepackers and palletizers.
