July 18, 2019 - Rand-Whitney Container LLC on July 17 announced that it has acquired Specialty Finance & Consulting Corporation (SF&C) located in Red Lion, Pennsylvania. SF&C specializes in the manufacturing, warehousing and distribution of corrugated sheets, corrugated packaging, and related products and services. This acquisition includes Specialty Industries, Inc., NuPak Printing, LLC and Krafcor Industries, Inc. SF&C has been in the corrugated business for more than 40 years and has earned a reputation as a high-quality manufacturer with a focus on customer service.
