Consumption of Pulp in Europe Down 6.2% in June

July 16, 2014 - According to UTIPULP, consumption of pulp in Europe decreased in June by 63,078 tonnes or about 6.2% compared to May. Total pulp consumption in UTIPULP countries in June was 947,952 tonnes versus a May figure of 1,011,030 tonnes.

Pulp inventories in UTIPULP countries in June stood at 565,527 tonnes, down about 3.5% from a May figure of 585,817 tonnes.
