Packaging Dynamics Acquires Pac Paper
Pac Paper, a seller of specialty paper packaging products, is the original manufacturer of Java JacketsŪ, an insulating coffee cup sleeve.
April 14, 2014 - Packaging Dynamics today announced the acquisition of the business operations of Pac Paper, Inc. Pac Paper, located in Vancouver, Washington, manufactures and sells a broad range of specialty paper packaging products primarily for foodservice, food processing, agricultural, and industrial applications.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
