Sodra Hikes Price for Its NBSK Pulp to $920 per Tonne in Europe

Oct. 28, 2013 - Sodra announced that it will increase its market price for NBSK pulp in Europe by USD 20 per tonne to USD 920/tonne, effective November 1.

Sodra said the price hike is the result of "improved market conditions."

This is Sodra's second increase in the past two months. Sodra moved the price from USD 890 to USD 900/tonne on Oct. 1

Sodra, with headquarters in Vaxjo, Sweden, produces market pulp, wood products and biofuels. The company operates three pulp mills, all in Sweden, with a total capacity of 1.6 million tonnes/year.
