Newark Announces $40/ton Price Hike for All Uncoated Grades of Recycled Paperboard
June 26, 2013 - Newark Recycled Paperboard Solutions today announced a $40 per ton price increase on all uncoated grades of recycled paperboard effective with shipments on or after July 15, 2013.
“The increase is necessary to recover the escalating costs of recovered fiber, fuel and other raw materials,” said Raymond Vargo, Jr., Vice President of Sales, Newark Paperboard Mills.
