Voith Paper Creates Organizational Structure with More Regional Focus
Oct. 12, 2012 (Press Release) - Voith Paper, one of the leading partners to the paper industry, has restructured its organization as of October 1, 2012. To address different market conditions worldwide and to meet the requirements of its customers in the best possible way, Voith Paper will now rely on an organizational structure with a more regional focus, with four regional units and three global business lines.
This new regional setup aims to further optimize and align the portfolio to the conditions of each market. The newly formed EMEA region will be headed by Dr. Antti Kaunonen. As in the past, North America will be managed by Bob Gallo, South America by Nestor de Castro, and Ming Ming Liu will be responsible for the Asia region.
The three global business lines will ensure the high quality standards of Voith Paper systems, products and services worldwide. They will bring together technological expertise globally and continue to develop innovative and optimally harmonized solutions for customers. Business line Projects will be headed by Andreas Endters, Products & Services by Dr. Uwe Knotzer, with Bertram Staudenmaier managing the Fabric & Roll Systems Business Line.
Customers can be assured that Voith Paper's portfolio will still cover the entire papermaking process, providing solutions for all paper grades. As a process provider, Voith Paper will continue to offer everything from a single source: Stock preparation, paper machine, automation, consumables, services and technologies for recycling and wastewater treatment.
