Papermaking Rolls Again at Port Hawkesbury Mill in Nova Scotia
Mill employees stop for a photo op as the Port Hawkesbury mill gets back underway on Oct. 3.
Oct. 5, 2012 - The Port Hawkesbury paper mill in Nova Scotia produced its first rolls of paper on Oct. 3, after the province and Pacific West worked out a deal to save it.
"This mill, I've been part of this mill basically since I was born," said Mark Farrow, Millwright at the Port Hawkesbury mill.
