Gunns Sells Portland Woodchip Export Facility to Australian Bluegum Plantations
July 16, 2012 (Press Release) - Gunns Limited has executed an agreement with Australian Bluegum Plantations Pty Ltd for the sale of the Portland [Victoria, Australia] woodchip export facility. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary conditions including regulatory approvals. The sale value of the transaction is $61.8m. The transaction provides a tolling arrangement for future access by Gunns to the facility for sale of forest products under its management in the Green Triangle region. SOURCE: Gunns Limited |
