von Drehle Corporation Receives "Best Customer Service" Award
Nov. 21, 2011 - The von Drehle Corporation announced that it recently earned the Best Customer Service Award from ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, during the ISSA/ INTERCLEAN North America 2011 trade show held in Las Vegas, Nevada, October 18–21, 2011. Distributors, building service contractors, and in-house service providers who attended the international ISSA/INTERCLEAN show cast their ballots for the ISSA Best Customer Service Awards based on which companies’ staffs best met their needs, answered questions, offered solutions, or provided an outstanding interaction. Additionally this year, NISSCO, a premier group purchasing organization for the janitorial supply industry, named the von Drehle Corporation as the “2010 Supplier of the Year” for their outstanding support and service, and Triple S, a nationwide network of sanitary supply distributors, awarded the von Drehle Corporation the “Excellence Award” for “Outstanding Supplier Performance”.
