Boise, OfficeMax, Extend Paper Purchase Agreement

July 6, 2011 - Boise Inc. and OfficeMax recently announced they have extended their long-term relationship by entering into a new paper purchase agreement.

The new deal, which extends through 2017, is in recognition of the mutually beneficial commercial partnership, which has spanned more than five decades, Boise said.

"The arrangement has been rewarding for both companies, and we're proud to have the opportunity to continue to serve OfficeMax."
