BPM Peshtigo Mill to Receive $340,000 for Energy-related Project

Nov. 9, 2010 - Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle recently announced that BPM will receive $340,000 in funding for its specialty paper mill in Peshtigo, Wisconsin.

The funding comes from the State Energy Program (SEP), which is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.

According to Gov. Doyle's office, the SEP funding will allow the company to purchase more energy-efficient equipment for the Peshtigo mill.

The $490,000 project will also be eligible for a Wisconsin Focus on Energy award.

BPM Inc. is a manufacturer of specialty MG papers and converted material for the food service and packaging industries and uncoated paper made from 100% post consumer waste recycled materials.
