July 13, 2010 - Metso said that it has sold its filled roll business Roval SARL located in Corbehem, France to Silineos SA, owned by Olivier Roussie.

The agreement was signed on July 7, 2010 and became effective at that time.

The value of the deal was not disclosed.

The management and personnel of the company — 14 people in total — continue under new ownership.
