SCA Completes Sale of Asian Packaging Business to IP
June 30, 2010 - SCA said that it has finalised the sale of its Asian packaging business to International Paper. In an all cash deal, IP paid USD 200 million for the Asian unit, which is primarily in China and consists of 13 corrugated box plants and two specialty packaging facilities.
