Tan Mai Paper to Build Pulp and Paper Mill in Vietnam
Sept. 3, 2008 - Tan Mai Paper Joint Stock Company reportedly has been granted approval by Vietnam's Quang Ngai province to build a pulp and paper mill in Binh Long commune, Binh Son district in Vietnam.
According to Asia Pulse, the $199 million greenfield mill will have an annual capacity to produce 130,000 tons of pulp and 200,000 tons of paper.
The four-year project is expected to be complete in late 2011.
