White House Veterans to Speak at Paper Week Luncheon
Jan, 15, 2008 - The American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA) said that White House veterans Dan Bartlett and Joe Lockhart will be the guest speakers for the 131st Annual Paper Week Luncheon.
Luncheon attendees will hear these former presidential confidants speak to the current political climate and the 2008 elections. The event will take place in the Waldorf=Astoria's Grand Ballroom on Tuesday, April 1, 2008 (New York City).

Dan Bartlett played a pivotal role in the development of the Presidentís domestic and foreign policy agenda, participating in high-level talks with heads of state, prime ministers, and government representatives. A trusted adviser of President Bush since the early 1990ís, Bartlett will discuss life in the West Wing and Americaís international relationships.
During President Clintonís most visible years in the news media, Joe Lockhart served as White House Press Secretary, facing the cameras daily and explaining the Presidentís policies and statements in one of the most conspicuous jobs in Washington. An award-winning journalist, Lockhart has held key positions with ABC Network News, Sky Television News of London, and CNN.
