Tembec Completes Project at Chetwynd Pulp Mill

Oct. 16, 2007 - Tembec said that it has successfully started-up a new tertiary refiner line at its pulp mill in Chetwynd, British Columbia.

The capital cost of the project was less than $1 million, Tembec said.

The installation of the new equipment will increase the mill's production by 10,000 ADMT (air-dried metric tons), increasing Tembec's overall pulp making capacity to 2 million tons per year.
