June 1, 2007 - Nalco Company said that it will implement a 7 percent price increase for specialty chemicals sold to paper industry customers, effective July 1.

The price hike is the result of continued increases in the cost of raw materials, energy and freight during the past three years that have not been offset by previous price increases, Nalco said.
