May 18, 2007 - Katahdin Paper Company's Millinocket, Maine papermill has received certification from the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).

The Millinocket mill produces directory and supercalendared papers (SCA and SCA+) on three paper machines and has a production capacity of 180,000 tons per year.

The operations of Katahdin Paper Company are managed by Fraser Papers.
